About Hamilton Apps

Work is changing. Buildings are adapting.

Hamilton Apps is a French workplace software company that publishes solutions for new ways of working in the workplace.

Our platform connects people, spaces, services and data to make everyday life simpler in work environments.

Meeting rooms, workstations, visitors, access, services, space occupancy or collaboration: for users, all of these are part of the same working day.

Our belief is simple: they should work together, in a single, seamless experience.

Technology that adapts to how you work

The world of work is changing fast. Spaces are more flexible, employees are more mobile and organisations want to better understand how their buildings are actually used.

  • Our job is to turn these changes into simple, practical everyday tasks.

  • Booking a desk.

  • Welcoming a visitor.

  • Finding an available room.

  • Understanding why some spaces are overcrowded while others are almost empty.

  • Adapting services to actual occupancy.

  • Getting the right information to the right people at the right time.

Technology is not an end in itself. It should simply make these journeys simpler, smoother and smarter

A platform designed to grow with you

A project does not always start with a complete workplace transformation. It often starts with a very practical problem.

Hamilton addresses that first need, then gradually extends to other uses when it becomes relevant. This approach lets us work on a specific need as well as on broader projects involving several business functions and several systems.

A platform open to its environment

A modern building already relies on many technologies: collaboration tools, audiovisual equipment, access control, sensors, business applications and services.

Hamilton Apps does not aim to replace this ecosystem, but to integrate with it so that the different building blocks are better connected.

This open approach makes it possible to build a more consistent environment, where tools, services and uses work together.

It is also why technology partners, integrators and service companies play a central role in our ecosystem.

Experience built in the field

Historically known as Safeware, Hamilton Apps was built around very practical challenges: visitor reception, access management, security and the organisation of work environments.

This field experience is now the foundation of a broader vision of the workplace. A vision in which uses, spaces and data no longer work in silos, but as parts of the same environment.

Our teams

A high-performing platform matters, but the people who design it, deploy it, support it and answer customers make all the difference

In France and in Bulgaria, our product, technical, sales, marketing and support teams share the same goal: simplifying complex projects and making them easier to use every day.
