Safran: securing every visit before arrival on site
Safran Electronics & Defense was looking for a visitor management solution able to meet the security requirements of 20 sensitive sites across Europe.
The aim was to centralise the tracking of entries and access requests in a secure tool, while keeping it simple to use for reception and security teams.
Every visit had to be vetted before any access was granted. The solution also had to adapt the visitor journey to each person's clearance level, the areas they could enter and the escort they required.
Finally, the system had to work in an international environment, with an interface available in French, English and Spanish.
