Fidal: from meetings to visitor reception, simpler organisation

As it moved its head office to larger premises in Paris, Fidal wanted to modernise the way it managed its workspaces.

Until then, the firm used a paper register to handle meeting room bookings. It was looking for a centralised meeting room booking system that would make it easier for its 1,400 employees to reserve the 120 meeting rooms available at head office.

Fidal also wanted to improve the visitor experience with a smoother, better-supervised check-in process, while strengthening building security.
