Hamilton Apps Hub is based on open source technology and consists of various functional modules. All HA applications are hosted on this platform and use 70% of common code. All specific applications settings, as well as settings for customer’s business processes are made through the additional parameters of the applications. Web portal

All of the applications available on the Hamilton Apps Hub are waiting for you in a single place: our web portal. To get started with as many of our apps as you need, you only need a web browser and a single access point. No software installation is necessary and all major browsers and operating environments are supported. You can customize each app by yourself or ask our support team to help out. This includes access levels, language or regional information.

Customizable Application screens

What sets Hamilton Apps apart is he high level of customization. Every component is parameter-based. This means you can easily customize everything from colour and logo to the fields of each page. Everybody in your company doesn’t always need the same inferface, so we also offer customization by department or region for instance. Our users can access request forms, personal tasks and approvals, historical information, process status reports and much more through the interface that suits them most.

Workflow Engine

Workflow is an essential part of the Hamilton Apps Hub. The platform uses a powerful Java BPM engine developed by our HA engineers. The main features are geared towards three objectives: flexibility, multi-tenancy, and traceability. All allowing customers to save time and money and meet compliance requirements quickly and with ease.

Electronic archive

The Hamilton Apps Hub also includes an electronic archive for document storage. The archive is interfaced with the workflow engine and the database. Within each application, the archiving and indexing of documents, process histories and all other data relevant to the workflow is automated. Best of all, we can also add electronic signatures for specific documents such as contracts or invoices.


All application data is stored on the Hamilton Apps Hub in an Oracle database. This is a clustered database and offers high availability and reliability.

Third party integration

The structure of the Hamilton Apps Hub was designed to easily integrate third party applications. Our existing custmers enjoy integration with ERPs such as SAP or external service providers such as BPO providers, American Express, Carlson Wagonlit or other service vendors.

Dashboards and reporting

With increasing compliance and reporting requirements, it’s vital to have flexible reporting options. All steps of a workflow are traced and can be fit in a report to fit your evolving needs. Our reports are also parameter based, flexible and easy to set up.This also means that future changes or additional reports are simple to add without extra development. We’ll define with you the format and content of the reports at the project phase. The automated reports can be produced for internal or external needs. If you need to submit copies and supporting documents to administrative authorities and certifying bodies, it can all be done quickly and with ease. Each department or region can get the reports that suit their needs.

Business Intelligence Tool

You can also opt for our Business Intelligence Tool. Unlike pre-set reports, this solution gives management a simple yet powerful tool to explore data, identify issues and find solutions to problems that are not always visible. You will have access to all the variables of the workflow and our intuitive drag and drop interface will make statistical analysis as easy as it can be. Add variable to dig deeper, exclude others to see more clearly. Save your work and continue later. All of this is now possible from your browser. You have the choice from a wide range of data visualization templates so you can see the data more clearly. If you prefer to use excel, export the data and continue there.
